Pete gave the following reply about the yellow bottle hiding the lure.
The tube contains a small remote control. It has 3 purposes.
1. release the lure when the falcon grabs it.
2. A chance to release the lure quickly to fall towards the falcon if it is about to give up.
3. To wind the lure up inside the tube to hide it when you are weaning the falcon off of the kite.
Also it can be better than a conventional release clip, especially with a small lure or small falcon.
